Each piece is made to order and one of a kind, so we do not accept returns or exchanges in the traditional sense. However, all our pieces are covered by a lifetime guarantee. If at any point your piece needs attention, you can send it back to us — we’ll do everything in our hands to repair it, replace the stone, or exchange it for something as close as possible to the original. Finding your ring size Before measuring, we recommend keeping a few things in mind: Finger size may change throughout the day — it’s usually best to measure your finger at the end of the day, when it's slightly larger. Warm temperatures, hydration, and activity can affect your finger size. If you're between two sizes, we suggest going with the larger one for comfort. Fingers on your left and right hand may not be the same size — we advise measuring the exact finger you’ll wear the ring on. Due to the organic shapes of our pieces, some rings may feel slightly different when worn. Still, all designs follow the size ranges below. How to measure your ring size Choose a ring that fits you well. Place it on top of a ruler or tape measure. Measure the internal diameter in millimeters. Use the chart below to find your size.

Out of Stock At Rym, we work slowly and intentionally. Every piece is crafted by hand in our studio, and we choose to keep production limited to maintain the quality and uniqueness of each object. This means some pieces may occasionally be out of stock. If a product is unavailable, you can subscribe to receive a restock alert directly from the product page. We work mainly with silver and polymers, combining materials and techniques to create distinctive forms. To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend treating each piece with care. Solid gold and custom finishes are available upon request. We do not recommend altering your piece with third parties, as this may affect its original shape or finish. Rym is not responsible for any modifications made outside our workshop. Silver finishes may change over time. To preserve your piece: Avoid contact with water, saltwater, chlorine, perfumes, lotions, oils, and cleaning products. Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid prolonged exposure to sweat and humidity. Store your piece in a soft cloth pouch, away from direct sunlight or heat. Cleaning For silver: polish gently with a soft, dry cloth. For resin or polymer elements: clean with dry air or a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid water when not necessary and never use chemical products. We offer re-plating and cleaning services.
